This is a quasistatic test which is a static equivalent of a frontal impact with 50th %le Dummy. We check for belt anchorage by pulling it with 13.5kN load each on Lap and Torso Block

Rear Impact Test
Classic case of Whiplash and injuries due to wrong or NO use of Head Restraint.
The static equivalent of Head Impact is Head Restraint Performance Test which comes under ECE R17 Regulation.
Luggage Retention Test
This is a scenario in event of Frontal Impact. An 18kg Luggage block is being placed at 200mm distance from Seat back. Seat floor experiences same acceleration as that of frontal impact. We check for seat deformations with regards to H+100 and H+150 plane.
